He's referring to the snake-like creature in the bottom right of the image, faded out under the broken stone. The one with two horns on its head and a mane. No idea what it is either, though. Might be something from the collab event.

that's probably what Yato is based on, Yato-no-kami in Japanese mythology, they are sometimes described as horned snakes, like in Nioh 2
