Had to manually convert this from WebP to MP4 using FFmpeg and two programs from the libwebp project. anim_dump to dump the frames, webpinfo to get the time duration of each frame in the original WebP as it isn't constant framerate, and FFmpeg to turn the frames into H.264 video.
