One would think people would be interested in knowing where the shimakaze costume comes from but most of the time is just people ramdomly using the costume regardless if it was their intention cosplaying as Shimakaze herself. Not many people know she is a speed junkie, not a sex one. It reminds me to Bremerton's case.
