Not really, The Tarnished were revived also The Tarnished was lucky by being bounded with the Two Fingers and Melina so they save the tarnished from certain deaths.
When Melina burns the erdtree everyone could die from normal causes now, even Ranni but her doll body makes her somewhat inmortal I guess

I think the Tarnished can become ageless if he/she become the Chaos
