NGL I really don't see Suzu as being someone who'd care about her breast size as much as certain (fan)arts make her our to be given how she seems to care more about running so fast than anything else. Even if her canon cup size is actually smaller (!) than Ms.72 Chihaya.

Though yeah, her original characterization probably didn't care one whit about that (unlike Chihaya)... but like a lot of pettankos in other franchises (e.g. RJ, UMP45), fan flanderization eventually slipped into official works as well.
