Akiko Daimon: Mah-jongg Manga Muscle Girl, strikes again! This time, the artist responsible is *angryangryasian. I had been on his commission list since late October, and I think the artist felt bad about having me wait that long. I think the wait was worth it though, as I'm pretty happy with the the final piece. The final image is also available in the artist's gallery as Akiko Daimon for elee0228 for faving and comments.

He sent a few works in progress pics after delivering the final piece, and I've uploaded them to my scraps section. It's interesting to see how *angryangryasian lays down his colors and I was surprised to learn he does everything on a single layer. After he sent me a hi-res version of the final, I wanted to tweak it a bit. I felt the background was too dark as was the character, so I've adjusted it. Some people commented that the angle was a little off, so I've rotated Akiko in version two. *angryangryasian liked the changes and decided to create this version.
