How is it the thing I recognize least is the damn Pokémon (unless...unless that's the Surf overworld sprite, in which case, I'm colored impressed).

That's how it was for me, I can name everything from that bag, but that isn't any Pokemon I can think of. I just assumed it was the Surf sprite.

Darn, Leaf or Blue? I guess. Pertaining to the games it's Leaf, then again shouldn't there be a tag for Blue too? Or Green if we talk translated. Boy this is messy.

The wikis handle localization explanations. blue_(pokemon) is only used if it's the PokeSupe character (though some of the older posts may still have both tags, what with the vaguenesses). Pixiv tags will also often enough have the character name (in this case, リーフ, or Riifu).
