No, Koakuma is the girl with glasses, you can refer to post #5647719. And Meiling is the girl with a ponytail, see post #5150536. The girl in the bottom left is the only character that doesn't fit in with the SDM group.

Due to there is little is known about her, some fans theorize that Koakuma is in fact a species and there are many Koakumas that exist.

Multiple works have two Koas, one with short hair and one with long hair.
