No worries; happens all the time. Fun fact: since Japanese uses the word '言葉' to mean both 'language' and 'word', it's often clarified with the phrase '国の言葉' when the meaning 'language' is intended; that's why Sanae's last line isn't really asking "What country do they speak this language in?", but "What language is this?" instead.
Also, the frog hairclip's expression in panel 7 made me smile.
I think it's in some European language, though one'd think Yukari'd remove the language barrier on reading. But then again Patchy's magic might undo that passive effect.
That and someone was inspired by Marisa's venture in making Girmoire's
Ah, geez, it must be about 50 years since she made this code. To somehow speak in such high-level cryptography that strikes gaps of psychology with a full-faced smile...

Where's Remilia when you need it to translate this?

You're probably right it's likely French or old style English. Sanae probably can scan it feed it to an OCR program and let good translation app at it. Though machine translation sometimes leaves much to be desired. We're not quite at the C3PO stage yet. But I did like the Mukyu code r0d3n7z suggested.
I'm amused that Patchy was spying on Marisa during the ex stage fight with flandre in EoSD as well as spying on remilia and sakuya during their fight with kaguya in IN.
