Those Ps are power ups collect them to improve your shooting style

It's BECAUSE she drops a 1up. She's like the easiest why to get one in that game.

The artist made a gameplay mechanics error. I just tested it (in multiple diffuculties, with different power levels) and the only thing Meiling drops is the 1up.
