The rifle is PSL (Puşcă Semiautomată cu Lunetă) - Romanian rifle. A derivative of AK rifle, not SVD variant.
The uniform (not the winter coat) is WW2 German-based with Soviet color.
The helmet is based on Soviet Army helmet.

If you have watched Sora No Woto, maybe you will remember someone from that anime. But this is not her =p (Razz)

I was (very) heavily influenced by that character when drawing this (and the old version of this) hehe :D (Big Grin)
