I like to imagine what the girls would look like with something more traditional-ish than ZUN's original designs, and I always imagined Suika with something like this since I saw a doujin with her in the past. I'm really liking this design for her

and seeing Sanae's, Marisa's and Reimu's alternate designs, I'm really hoping the artists keeps making more for the other girls

PC-98 cast did have more traditional designs, thats why ZUN decided to go with more original work. Everyone is already drawing the same Miko cloathes over and over again. ZUN just wanted to be a bit different.
