Holy fuck! This was a very good fanart, but I didn't realize that the artist was actually making a full-on doujin based on it. It better get translated into English, though. It seems like almost no hentais of RQ Taihou get translated. Even worse is that New Jersey's first hentai doujin never get translated into English.

Too little Azur Lane stuff in general is translated. Doesn't help that E-hentai has apparently seen an uptick in crappy translations lately.
nhentai seems to be pretty good about showing the ones that aren't too bad, but you're right about the quality issues
NHentai is nothing more than an aggregator site for the doujinshi and manga tags for E-hentai. Any crappy translations (hell, any revisions of a translation) posted to the latter will show up on the former, just as multiple examples of a given work. The scraper doesn't look at star ratings or tags, it merely collects. It's one of several things I've criticized about the site on social media.
It also doesn't help that crappy translations tend to demoralize/discourage translators from working on a given work of their own volition; not sure how that's a thing, but apparently it is.
