Robin is the only different looking girl because of her nose and her eyes. All the other young female character all look the same like you said.

Perona also looks way diferent from other OP girls.

That's less true of One Piece than of most manga/anime, really. I mean, ALL manga/anime have this problem, the "sameface" issue, but One Piece is somewhat varied as it goes. Now, look at something like CLANNAD if you basically want to see the same freak-eyed girl wearing different coloured wigs.

I'm not really one for the gender swaps, but this is rather well done.
