0 effort? Au contraire, we simply exert all the effort while taking the test. Patchy was simply conserving her energy.

Truly very good talent but like this it has both UP! and DOWN... ....

UP! School Score Test & Related School grade = 150 (Talent!).
DOWN...Growth & Merit = 0 (bad habits and stagnancy unless this is her own relax &recharge period after she studied or otherwise put effort).

Of course there needs to be other and superior achievements,objectives,drives,etc. besides School Tests and Grade.
