I believe so. It basically completely regenerated her body, at the cost of a massive chunk of her Elven lifespan. If it completely regrew her missing limbs, it probably regrew her teeth as well.

I was referring to to the brutal and harsh tone the surgeon gave her. But our MC's love and steadfastness for her found a way to heal her beyond what he could dream of.
