Fiammetta only says that in the EN version. In both CN and JP, the text just says *Laterano Slang*.
I assume that was them doing the equivalent of the “We Are Having Technical Difficulties” and implying that whatever she said was so filthy that it couldn’t be repeated.

I mean, CN is the original script. So while *Laterano/Lungmen/whatever slang* means they're swearing in that language, I doubt the CN writers are actually thinking of something specific and then censoring it. It's more like the EN translators are adding some appropriate swear words whenever they see it.
