Context: Kokomi's featured on a card (Strategize) in Genshin's new TCG minigame that has the same effect as Pot of Greed.

Basically Moray of Greed, but without shuffling 2 WATER monsters to deck (and drawing 2 cards instead of 3), so it could be used on any deck*.

*If Pot of Greed is not banned of course
