It was confirmed in a recent interview that this is indeed Caster, Saber is supposedly Mordred (info came from her Figma I've heard but no idea if it's true), Archer still appears to be EMIYA, Lancer is still Chu Chulain I believe. We haven't seen any pictures of Berserker Assassin, Rider is the other red/pink haired women from an early scan I think.
Mortred was a boy. Saber Extra is clearly a girl. Really, just because she's using a different sword, you think that's reason enough to doubt who she is?

She has a different voice actor too, while Rin and Lancer have the same ones.
