The left skin (based on the Dead Space 1 Intermediate Engineer RIG, the Level 3 Suit) is supposed to be an "engineer" setup, with a shoulder-mounted plasma cutter and a wrist-mounted rock saw.
The middle skin (based on the Dead Space 1 Advanced Soldier RIG, the Level 6 Suit) is standard-issue soldier gear, with a shoulder-mounted pulse rifle and a wrist-mounted combat knife.
The right skin (based on the Dead Space 2 Advanced Suit) is elite combat equipment, with a shoulder-mounted seeker (sniper) rifle and a wrist-mounted plasma saw.

The picture says #4 because this was the fourth custom Slayer skin pack that Nate drew. The first three were not commissioned by me, however, but can be found on his Reddit profile and are just as awesome as these.
