Well, yeah. Kancolle exhausted the IJN capital ships (except for Shinano, Ibuki and a couple of Unryuu's unfinished sisters) back in 2014 so they've had to rely on "foreign" kanmusu ever since.

Atlanta seems to be one of the shortest, which kind of surprises me.
