Pale Rider Cerberus was developed under Team Tartarus who once aligned with the Titans, but cut ties after the Gryps War took off, and they have difficulties trying to determine friends or foe. It was a standard Pale Rider Calvary and built using the scraps of the war leftovers. As the result, it heavily modified using different parts to suit close & medium range combat to fit a frontline role and the pilot, Lecan Arograze.
