Based on this page, post #3731261 it's not EXPLICITLY stated to be the case, but it's definitely implying that it's definitely the young Master and the Dragon Maid.

Still confused at the leviathan's design. The gill-slits in the middle won't be very effective, but the metal bits on the garter's was the most confusing.
