My God, they all look strange.
Since every deviant seems to have chipped in for the massive restaraunt bill of wrongness that is drawing the Team as females, I thought I'd add some spare-change-wrongness by doing the Team (or rather the REDs, who are the only real team) sans all facial coverings - and sans the Heavy, who of course has nothing on his face but skin.

Notes!
Demoman: Probably my least favourite to draw out of the bunch, probably because empty eyesockets are not exactly easy to render.
Engie: For some reason, always immensly fun to draw (less fun to paint). Here sporting the trendy 'my hair was set alight by an oil fire seven times' look.
Scout: Where I live, that hairstyle is affectionately termed the 'duck's arse'.
Medic: Without his glasses it becomes even more apparent that he is mostly made up of jaw.
Sniper: I would've loved to give him a truly Elvis-esque quiff, but sadly I'm tied by Valve's design a la 'meet the Sniper'.
Pyro: I'd prefer it if the Pyro doesn't turn out to be a girl (if he turns out to be anything) because doing so would ruin the whole boys-club atmosphere of Fortress. Still, if a girl the Pyro must be, then I think it's only right that she be a typically repressed, bubbly housewife.
Soldier: This is what you get if you wear a helmet that covers half your face for a decade.
Spy: Or rather a composite based on the outlines of his lovely balaclava. I assume he has hair.
