Sorry to say choom, but I've seen lolis with big hips and asses while conversely seeing petite women that look like they are still in elementary school. Its all dependent on the artist's style.
Almost as if trying to apply real life morals and ethics to fictitious characters is an intrinsically foolish and nonsensical endeavor...But I guess moral posturing takes priority over any kind of logic for some people.
It's a collateral effect when you base fictional characters from known real life personifications. Some people take it more seriously than others, like when that anime crush you had as a teenager turns into a (fictional) daughter once you grow up... or so I've been told. I'm not attached to fictional characters.
