i second that request
I must say it is unusual to see them put Meiling in the died of old age catagory actually its the first time I have ever seen them say Meiling died of old age before.

Sure it's sad and all, but not really tragic...
For those left behind it is always a bad end depending on how you cope with it but until you get over it it is a bad end. So it might not technically be a bad end since its inevitable but still tragic
I'm sort of confused because Meiling doesn't seem to die at all in that video. I mean, hell, she's not even in it until this picture is shown at the end ... unless it's merely mentioned in the text? But several of the commenters seemed surprised to see her there too ("Does Meiling have a short lifespan?"/"Why is Meiling on the other side.... is she an attendant? Dead?") so that seems a bit doubtful.
The artist talks about the matter in an addendum they posted in the video description, but my skills aren't sufficient enough to tell for sure what they say about it.

Wvmmhxkh is probably a "lunarian" theorist. These people tend to forget its only a theory. Yet they try to put it off as fact. Right now in canon, Sakuya is human. And Eirin is not immortal. Some people easily forget these facts. Untill ZUN tells us Sakuya is a Lunarian or Remi vampires her, shes human.

Tragic? In most parts of the world, dying of old age is still considered to be an accomplishment.

The statement about Eirin not being immortal was untrue due to the flaw of it being disagreement-based. In fact, no one knows if she, or is not. So please point that out as a question rather than a disagreement/factual statement so you do not confuse the people. More said, ZUN will probably never tell.
Ummmmn... Remi has the power to control "fate" right? Can't Remi just modify their "fate" indefinitely so Meiling and Sakuya live as long as they continue to serve her?

I think there are limitations in regard to Sakuya in addition to the ravages of time. Meiling, she could get away with since it's been said that Youkai have uncertain lifespans.
Gotta remember that when Sakuya stops time, it stops time for everyone EXCEPT FOR HER. Meaning that she's most likely going to die WAAAAY before any of the other main humans, like Marisa and Reimu. When that time is stopped, I don't think that Remi's powers can reach her, since her powers should be stopped, too...

However, Perfect Memento in Strict Sense also says:
"She claims to be in her late teens, but this is unlikely judging by her refined manner and the level of her abilities. Rather, she seems to be a human who has been living for hundreds of years (*7).
7: Since she is also able to manipulate time."
This suggests that while we know she can manipulate the time of other things, it could be that she can also manipulate her own time- that is, completely stop her body from aging at all.

She can. If she could control fate consciously....

Even if Sakuya was from the Moon she would still be human, you know. Only rabbits and Lunarians come from the Moon, and I don't see any usamimi on her. Lunarians are descended from Japanese(?) settlers, and a few thousand years of isolation are not enough to fork into a different race, much less a species. That's true: Lunarians are not immortal, they just live forever... wait, that came out wrong.
The Lunarians, due to their Mary Sue powers (sorry), are "pure" so that they are not touched by age or illness. This is the only way they are immortal; they will still die if they are killed. The Hourai Elixir, however, makes it so that you will not die even if someone kills you.
Hell if I know what's up with this picture, though.
