From what I can tell, they are playing Rich Man, Poor Man. It appears to be some card game that all Japanese kids are supposed to know, and there is stripping involved, but it's not poker. Does the strip poker tag still apply then?
While I suppose that it's technically not strip-poker, do we need a tag for strip-Rich Man Poor Man? Does all Rich Man Poor Man involve stripping? Would that be redundant? Should it be relabeled as a strip-card game?
