Is her jewel/pendant thing on the collar made of gemstone or something?
Depends on the source; is it a fantasy-world maid where precious jewels are more common and easily worked? Or is it IRL maid? IIRC those accessories are made from either brass or silver depending on the house's wealth and position, and was comprised of glass/enamel over their house's emblem. That said, these ornaments are rare and only available for high-ranking houses, where the plain brass/silver ones are more common.
