When the original artist himself makes a genderswap version. It gives fans reason enough to make fanart. Imagine if Kubo Tite were to make a genderswap of bleach. Fans would start drawing fanart of it like no tomorrow since they have an "Official" genderswap version.

Oda opened the floodgates with his "official" genderswap art. Once they're opened, they can't be closed.

You know how Haruhi genderswaps are pretty much as common now as normal fanart? What I'm trying to say is "never." What, never? No, never.

Except there wasnt an "Official" genderswap art from the creator. Someone had the idea and everyone actually liked it. Hell, Even Kodomo no Jikan has "Official" genderswap art. it even shows up in the manga itself.

if you check a few pages forward, there's an omake page where oda drew official art of GS of all the mugiwara crew
I'll try to see it as funny stuff and that's it...

I knew that. i was actually responding to the guy above me about Genderswap Haruhi characters. not one piece. i already made a post saying i did.
