When I was very small my mother took me to a cinema in Danmark, where we saw an incomprehensible Norwegian film for kids [ not understanding the language was just part of it ]; anyway it was about a small boy called Peer [?] who was flying for what seemed hours alongside/with/riding geese.

I imagine it would be fun if one wasn't in danger of falling.
