I think it's a toaster oven and not a microwave. She does have beans on toast after all. I think the other people in the image are presumably her mother and father. The 1other is holding a bottle (beer?). I think in the reflection Natsuki's mother is holding a bandage up to her face. Really difficult to tell though.

Now that I look closer, it may be Natsuki after all. I thought it was Yuri since her hair appears purple, although it might just be because of the lighting. And I love the details this artist adds to their works, making a seemingly normal image tell a completely different story.
