I really can't blame him for anything after all he's been through. Besides, he was quite the hero at the end of You Can [Not] Advance (with the title being applied to the end quite... drastically). Rebuild really is "NGE meets TTGL" after all.
I really like how Mari looks totally crazy here. Represents her character well, the Beast Mode action was delicious. Rei's and Asuka's characters also well represented through the pose and all.
But, am I the only one suddenly noticing those little rods or sticks coming out around Asuka's wrists? Look a bit like EVA-02's restraining bolts.

As if porn was the only thing people don't pay for anymore since the internet... Actually planning on getting the DVD (for maximum quality!) once it's available however. The camrip convinced me :)
