But she got friendzoned. Also, why are there no more pages when Flan appears? You can't just foreshadow Flan and not show anything. That makes for very frightening cliffhangers.

He might have said that to protect her, not wanting to expose her to the ugly envy that the others would feel once things were revealed.

I think Satori was more panicked by how much time had passed.

I'm kinda supporting Satori because she knows what she wants without messing around.
