None of which changes that okamisty is just as unofficial as it's always been. All being licensed by means is they got permission to do business. It's only one step above being an unauthorized fan game (which ZUN allows under certain rules). By all accounts, it's still a fan design appearing in a fan game, with still no official recognition by anything ZUN has been involved with.
