Moe difficulty: Only possible when you close your eyes... however then you don't know what to dodge... But if you open them to check where to go, you are trapped in moe, so you become unable to dodge...

I think Cirno's forgotten to take something into account: Reimu has extra lives, and she's unlikely to fall for the same trick twice.

Despite Reimu's small hitbox, Cirno is smart for that.

Well,at least this isn't Yuuka's Moe difficulty.
