No idea. I can only assume (due may lazyness of not caring to find out) that only premium members can vote. Either that, or the score is based on favorites vs. unapprovals, which I doubt.

You have to be privileged or above to vote. This is to prevent people from using scripts to spam votes, which was a problem in the past.
