190124 - Pepper Scarlet Witch..! One more for the birthday art jam that some of the guys and I did for Artgerm's muse, Pepper. Apparently I was supposed to draw a take on Scarlet, ended up doing Antman instead.

Done up entirely in Pentel inks, no watercolors this time, and some Photoshop tweaks and clean up.
