Context: This image was posted on May 2021, when Amabie was released. This is a reference to Konami's emergency ban of the card called Pestilence as a gesture of goodwill

Amabie is based on a Japanese yokai with an ability to repel a disease, and the card was given as a participation reward during the tournament in Japan. So this is essentially another goodwill gesture during the peak of the pandemic.

The reason I added the "Rush Duel" tag is because Amabie here is depicted in her Rush Duel version (child instead of adult).
