I'm assuming this is the 37th Teio Sho, where 8-year old Wonder Acute beat 4-year old Copano Rickey who was the crowd favorite (Acute was the 3rd favorite). Tarumae wasn't in this race though, so his uma counterpart here is probably just a spectator (hence the school uniform).
