That sentence usually means someone got panic or mad and could not think anything. In alphabets the sentence is expressed as "qawsedrf tgyhujikolp," which is the order of keys on your keyboard. It's a kind of slang, so I wonder if there are any corresponding translation...

There's no translation for it. You should just put a note saying that this can't be translated. Or just put "qawsedrf tgyhujikolp". Whatever you want.
