Sadly, we can't have nice things in Night City.

I'm so waiting for modders to add her to game, and to add this as an option...

And I really want CD-PR and Trigger to make second season and to see she somehow survived..

I mean arasaka could just scoop u bits of her brain and stuff, scan it all, put it into a relic and with that "Technicaly" rebirthing Rebecca. If they have something like soulkiller, relics and stuff like that they understand the brain well enough to not only make an artificial consciousness work but also fully extract it from both a living persn (killing them), overthe previous person with this Artificial Consciousness and seen in case of Jackie, do the same with folks who have been dead for quite a while, and seen with V in the Arasaka ending, even remove a broken relic and piece the brain back together after all of that.
