Why do you believe that? Kaguya is an immortal, she knows how to fight form YEARS of experience. Don't forget that she also kills Mokou on a daily basis in cannon she isn't that weak =V

Agreed, theres a large difference between being weak and being "lazy" as well.
I believe that because that's pretty much the standard in fanon. Kaguya is depicted as weak and completely dependent on Eirin. In all the doujins I've seen where Kaguya and Mokou fight, Kaguya never wins. I'm saying, that I rather like Kaguya, but Remilia is just so much more loved. And as I said, the artist probably wants a Flandre vs Remilia fight.
Also The artist is a serious Mokou fanboy. So he's probably a Kaguya hater.
To be fair, I love Mokou, but am also quite fond of Kaguya (when she's not portrayed as a sick and twisted bitch, at least). Liking Mokou does not preclude one from also liking Kaguya as well.
Just from where did you take the "lol Kaguya is weak" part? In the majority of doujins i read Kaguya is either more than capable adversary to Mokou, or, at least, manages to win through sheer dickery. And that's not counting Shirou's Mokou, who may be the most pathetic Mokou ever drawn.

Uh..."Help me Eirin!" ring any bells? I don't know what doujins you're reading, but the ones that I read have Mokou easily stomping Kaguya, or otherwise have Kaguya being helpless in any given situation and yelling for Eirin's help. The whole "Kaguya is a weak joke" thing is like the most infamous part of her fanon character. It certainly doesn't help that Mokou is more popular than her, and being her enemy, Kaguya is automatically hated by these people. And like you said, she only gets what she wants when she uses dirty tricks. Mokou is "strong and honorable" and Kaguya is "weak and cowardly".
Plus, she's up against Remilia. REMILIA. You know, the one that got like 3rd on the latest popularity poll? If Kaguya wins I'll eat my shoe. I'll certainly be happy while eating it though. Unless of course Kaguya wins through some dirty tactic, which is pretty much the only way she could ever be depicted winning anything.
Now that I think on it, Kaguya has to be one of the most hated characters in the fandom. I've only seen the Watatsuki sisters treated as badly as her by the fandom.
