    The only known way to bond with Gyarados is to have a bond with the Magikarp they used to be, if you're lucky they'll remember you and stay by your side!

    Would these monster girls keep the pokemon ability to (clumsily) survive out of the water? Or would their possessive tendencies lead to the drowning of all masters?

    Maybe they share the ability to breath underwater with their masters?
