This also comes after a string of other users' tournament brackets (including one for DILFs and one for twinks) that Reigen also won. These two were the monster picks. Sans won by 0.1 percent, in a vote of hundreds of thousands. Then Toby Fox made fanfiction of it.

That is exactly something I'd expect Toby to do, given he improvised music for an entire Touhou stage for a joke.
