Wild this is the only one so far with both FGO and AL's Da Vinci, and I've searched on both Pixiv and Fantia (that being said, I didn't really search that hard to be honest). I would've assumed plenty more would have been made when AL's Da Vinci was announced. Can only wait and hope more will be made. Same Character (base, name, or what have you) crossovers are one of my favorite crossover themes.
