Personally I don't get the appeal of this kind of fetish. I understand corruption as a kink, but to me pictures like this one just look gross/disturbing. However I'd be really interested in hearing the perspective of people who find it exciting, especially details like the deformation of facial features.

I totally agree on this. It seems so... wrong. But would love to hear what someone who finds this appealing thinks of it.
