食べ放題は人数多いほうがいろいろ食べられるので巻き添えを呼びました！(笑)
四ヶ月本当に減らなかったので、「ここが終着点か!?」と諦める寸前でした。

減るときは本当に突然ストーンと落ちるんですよねえ。
不思議です。

The more people in a buffet grouh, the greater the variety of food, so I called for collateral damage! :-) After four months of no weight loss, I really was ready to throw in the towel, wondering if I'd reached the end of the road.

When I do lose weight, though, it just suddenly plummets. It's a mystery.
