In need of some help as someone who is clueless about Live2d please.

Thinking about commissioning an artist on Skeb to create and short animated erotic work. Initially planning to ask the girls to be fully naked I started thinking I'd like an underwear version also. I have no clue how much work such an edit would be for a Live2d work even if it was planned as such from the start.
