During an episode where they went skiing, Homer met Flanders on the slopes. The form fitting insulated outfit that Flanders's was wearing would later come back to haunt Homer after he'd become lost on the slopes without knowing how to skii.

Yeah, but it's an actual parody of this. TV Tropes even has a page entitles Stupid Sexy Flanders.

the fact it's called that doesn't mean every single use of that trope is a parody of the Simpsons, because you know, this is Tomoyo's running gag
