Actually she is Alice, not Marisa.

Yuka STILL looks maniacal, even as an adorable chibi.

There's Marisa's UFO outfit and Marisa's SA outfit, but no Alice.

In fact, aside from Youmu and Yuyuko, there's no PCB-exclusive characters at all.
